Which package should I choose?
If you only need a floor plan to get started, the Neev package is perfect. For a complete visual picture of your home with 3D exterior, Niwaas is our most popular choice. If you want every technical drawing your contractor needs — go Sampurn. Not sure? Just reach out and we’ll guide you.
Can I upgrade my package after starting?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Neev or Nirmaan to the Niwaas or Sampurn package at any point during the project. We simply adjust the scope and pricing accordingly — no project is lost.
What is the difference between Neev and Nirmaan?
Neev focuses on the 2D floor plan — the layout of your home’s interior spaces. Nirmaan focuses on the 3D exterior elevation — what your home looks like from the outside. Many clients choose both, which is exactly what the Niwaas package covers.
Do you provide AutoCAD (DWG) files?
Yes. All packages include printable PDF drawings. AutoCAD DWG files are also provided with Niwaas and Sampurn packages, making it easy for your contractor or site engineer to work with them directly.
What is your refund or revision policy?
We include revision rounds in every package. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns beyond the included revisions, we work with you to reach a resolution — our team is always reachable via WhatsApp for open communication.
